What We Don’t Buy

To keep things transparent and legal, we do NOT purchase:

  • Insulin of any kind (Humalog, Novolog, Lantus, Tresiba, Basaglar, etc.)
  • GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Trulicity, Rybelsus)
  • Any prescription medication or injectables
  • Test strips not listed above (TRUE METRIX, ReliOn, Bayer Ascensia, store/off-brand strips, etc.)
  • Pump supplies not listed above
  • Opened, damaged, or expired supplies
  • Supplies purchased through Medicaid, Medicare, or any government assistance program — federal law prohibits resale of these
  • Hand-labeled, relabeled, or pharmacy-repackaged boxes
  • Used pumps, used CGM transmitters, or anything that has been worn

Expiration Date Requirements

For most items, we need an expiration date at least 6 months out to pay top rates. Shorter-dated supplies are sometimes still purchased at reduced rates — just ask.

Expiration months round up on the 22nd: if today is past the 22nd, we count the current month as already closed.
